"Tracking Was Frustrating"
I was a bit annoyed because the tracking was way off. I kept checking for updates, but it didn’t seem to match where the package actually was, which made the whole experience feel more stressful than it needed to be

"I thought these shoes were going to be..."
I thought these shoes were going to be a soft beige based on the photos, but when you see them in person they’re more of a yellow/cream color. They’re comfortable enough, so I’ll give them that, but for the price it was still kind of disappointing. Shipping was totally fine, I just wish the pictures showed the color more accurately

The shoes arrived in good condition, so no complaints there. Delivery just took sorta longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, which was a bit annoying while I was waiting. Not a huge deal, just not the smoothest shipping experience...

"Wish I Hadn’t Gotten My Hopes Up"
I do like the shoes, which is what makes it more frustrating. I’ll find a color I’m excited about, get ready to order, and then my size is either already gone or it says “low stock” and disappears by the time I’m checking out.
I kind of regret spending so much time refreshing and waiting on restock alerts, because they didn’t really help me catch anything. The site isn’t terrible, but the whole process has been annoying enough that I’m not sure I’d bother next time.

"Pretty happy with the price and quality"
I ordered from onitsukatiger.com after looking around at a few other sites, and the price was better than most places I checked. It wasn’t super cheap or anything, but it felt really fair for the quality. Shipping wasn’t bad either, which was nice. My only small complaint is that some of the sale items were picked over with sizes. Overall, I’m really happy with what I got and didn’t feel like I overpaid somewhere else. I’d definitely buy again if the prices stay this reasonable.

Like I said, some pairs fit just right and feel really comfortable, but others are a little narrow. Like I said, it kind of depends on the pair, so the fit isn’t totally consistent

The shoes themselves were fine, no real issues there, but the packaging was another story. The box was ripped open and looked like it had been tossed around or kicked across the floor or something. I mean, I’m glad the shoes weren’t damaged, but still, it didn’t make the best first impression when it arrived like that

I’ve been wearing my Onitsuka Tigers pretty much every day for a few months now, and they’re still looking solid. No weird cracking or loose stitching or anything like that so far. They even got caught in the rain once and came out totally fine. Happy with the quality tbh, no complants from me.

I returned a pair of shoes from onitsukatiger, the return process itself was easy on my end. I did get the refund back on my card, which is the main thing, but it took longer than I personally expected. It wasn’t a ridiculous wait or anything, just slow enough that I kept checking my bank and getting a little annoyed. Customer service did respond when I reached out, but not exactly fast. For me, it was an okay experience overall — not terrible, but not great either. I’m giving it 3 stars because I did get my money back in the end.

"Pretty Smooth Delivery Overall"
My shoes showed up sooner than I expected, which was a nice surprise. It only took a few days, so I’d say the shipping was better than what I usually plan for. The tracking was decent too, not perfect, but enough to give me a general idea of where things were. Overall, I’m happy with the experience.

"Decent shape, but the quality was a letdown"
I ordered a pair from onitsukatiger.com and, at first, I was happy with them. The shape looked good and they felt like what I expected. But after just a few wears, the stitching near the toe started coming loose, which was really disappointing for the price. It kind of feels like the goalposts keep moving with shoes now, pay more and more, but still have to accept little quality issues like this. They’re not terrible, but I definitely expected cleaner finishing.

Not a great first impression. I wore these for just one walk and my feet were already hurting by the end of it. The arch support feels like it’s barely there, so they definitely didn’t feel comfortable or supportive right out of the box.

"Annoying Order Issue, But Support Fixed It"
I was irritated that I even had to reach out about my order in the first place, because it felt like something they should’ve had right from the start. That said, the support team did reply quickly, and the person I talked to was nice enough. They helped fix the problem without making me jump through a bunch of hoops, which I appreciated. Still, the hassle was on them, not me. Overall it turned out fine, but it shouldn’t have been an issue to begin with.

"Nice-looking shoes, but not comfortable enough"
The shoes do look really nice, which is why I wanted to like them, but the comfort just isn’t there. After wearing them for a few hours, my feet started hurting and the soles felt way too hard. For the price, I expected better. It also kind of felt like once I bought them, the discomfort was just my problem to deal with.
