Ordered trainers 3 weeks ago and still don’t have them. After waiting over 2 weeks for the package to actually be shipped, UPS has now delivered it to a random corner shop nowhere near my house despite the shipping address being my home address. No attempt was made to deliver to my home.

Still waiting for my shoe nearly 2 weeks after ordering. They said UPS has backlogs that causing this delay. Why can't they just find another courier. I read worse horror stories from other customers. I wish their warehouse is in the UK rather than from Germany.

Never will use again. Love the trainers but ordered some on line. They use UPS. Waited a whole day for delivery only to find out at 8pm that delivery delayed. Useless- don’t waste your time ordering on line

Awful customer service - their customer email just bounced constantly and when I finally got hold of them to ask for a refund (as the shoes were sent to the wrong address and rejected and returned) they just told me to wait and to try to track them down. Then a month later I sent screenshots showing the shoes had been lost and zero response. I am still waiting since their one email response of 6 Feb.

Comfy and reliable brand of shoes

Unrealistic and awful quality ….. most untrusted event ever I have noticed in any shoe.

Ordered two pairs (in Sept. '22 and Jan. '23), got very quickly great looking shoes in good quality.

Two things I'd never experienced: being sent the wrong size and not being able to repurchase at the original sale price. Only company of its type that I know of with this policy and that doesn't respond to emails or call back when they promise to. Unbelievably bad customer service.

Good brand like Onitsuka getting a bad name by the worst online customer service. Ordered shoes. After 2 weeks of promises of despatch any day, without warning order cancelled. Very disappointed
